Custom Plastic Fabrication of Pumps and Corrosive Fluid Handling Equipment for use in Chemical Applications

High tech companies such as Siemens and Intel utilize chemical processes that require pumps and corrosive fluid handling systems for many of their manufactured products. This project is an example of equipment manufactured for corrosive fluid handling applications that we fabricate at ARC Plasmet Corp. The customer-supplied drawings called out the use of natural polypropylene in various thicknesses. Fabrication required the use of precision CNC machining, saw cutting, and welding. The finished part features dimensions of 2' in length and width and 5' in height, and was manufactured to tolerances of ±.005". During the fabrication process, comprehensive visual and dimensional inspections were completed to verify integrity of the parts and dimensions. We completed this custom pump and corrosive fluid handling equipment for this New Jersey customer in just 2 weeks.
